If you meet our program requirements and provide complete, accurate information on your pre-screen form, Ready Lease guarantees pre-approval for your apartment or your initial program fee is refundable.

How soon can I move in?
This depends on your flexibility with location, budget, and desired amenities. Move-in timelines are also based on the availability of units at the selected property.
How much income do I need to make?
Our partnered second chance apartments require a combined monthly income of 3 times the rent, though some may accept as low as 2.5 times the monthly rent.
What is the minimum credit score to qualify for the program?
There’s no minimum credit score required. We work with tenants from excellent to challenged.
Do you accept tenants with a criminal record?
We require full transparency regarding any criminal history. If you have any criminal records, please provide detailed information about the date and nature of the charge to help us find the best options for you.
Do any of your partnered properties accept government housing?
A very limited number of partner properties are participating in government housing programs
How long are the leases?
Typically, lease terms are around 6 months, depending on your rental history. The goal is to help you rebuild positive rental history and show consistent on-time payments—making it easier to qualify on your own in the future without a co-signer.
